Chef Austin Miller
Our culinary team is led by Chef Austin Miller. He made his debut into the culinary world in 2012 and his growing passion for the culinary arts drives him and the rest of the Pasta Grill team to provide our customers with continuing excellence in fine dining and service.
Chef Brad Lucas
Chef Brad Lucas joined the Pasta Grill culinary team in 2014. He brings with him over 15 years of culinary experience. Chef Lucas has traveled extensively and has been shaped by a variety of industry influences from the simple to the extravagant and has become an influential part of the Pasta Grill creative team.
Chef John Purtscher
Chef John Purtscher is the newest member of the Pasta Grill culinary team, having joined us in 2015. Chef Purtscher has extensive experience in the industry including food preparation, staff management and innovative menu creations for over 40 years. He was part of an award winning culinary team featured in Forbes magazine. His seasoned talent for creating distinct flavor combinations and his dedication to excellence in food preparation insure that guests at Pasta Grill will have a delicious and satisfying experience when dining with us.
